Delicious BBQ Beef Kebabs

These delicious beef kebabs will make you BBQ King or Queen at any family BBQ. The sauce is super easy to make and you are likely to have most of the ingredients in your cupboard.

Ingredients

The longer you marinade the beef the tender it will be and I recommend prepping the night before if you can. If time is not on your side then 1hour will also suffice. When you make the skewers don’t throw the marinade away. After cooking I drizzle this over my skewers to keep them juicy!

Ingredients

  • Marinade
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Kebabs
  • diced beef (I use the Aberdeen Angus one from Aldi)
  • 1 sliced courgette
  • 1 sliced red onion
  • 1 sliced red pepper

Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix the marinade ingredients together.  Reserve 1 tablespoon of the marinade.

Place the diced meat into the bowl and make sure it’s all covered. Place in the refrigerator for 1-6 hours to marinate. 

Chop the pepper onion and courgette. Drizzle with remaining marinade.

Once marinated add everything (alternating between the meats and veg) to skewers and bbq
