Skincare routine – How to wake up beautiful

with REN skincare

Now, I dunno about you guys but I definitely do not get my 8 hours each night. Working long hours, late nights and partying takes it out on you and can leave your skin looking fatigued and dull. The geniusus at REN skincare however have come up with an innovative new skincare routine which helps to aid a restful nights sleep and leave you waking up looking gorgeous!

This 4 step routine takes no more than 10 minutes and it ends with a pressure point facial massage – fancy huh!

First of all I’m going to take your through the steps I used which left me waking up looking like I got the recomened holy 8 (I got 6 lols). I have linked all the products too <3

Step 1 – Cleanse

  • Firstly this liquid to milk cleanser removes all traces of dirt and makeup leaving your face squeaky clean. Apply with fibgertips and remove with a cotton pad for best results. It’s plant based ingridients leave you with a dewy veil glow – and you only need a pea sized amount!

Step 2 – Overnight Facial

  • This produict is such a lovely consistency and will have you waking up G L O W I N G . Massage throiughly into skin after cleansing. You want this product to really sink in before your moisturiser so you can reap the full benefits of the magic 😉

Step 3 – Moisturise

  • Next up this hydrating serum will do exactly what it says on the tin and rejuvinate your skin overnight. I woke up with a bay soft face and no oily residue – Woo!

Step 4 – Spray

  • Spritz the pillow spray once onto each side of your pillow and let dry for 30 seconds. The soothing lavender scent will have you catching z’s in no time at all. I fell asleep sooo quickly with this.

Step 5 – Pressure points

  • Finally, im no masseuse but this did feel really nice if I say so myslef haha. Apply pressure to the temples, middle of noxse and hairline for roughly 10-15 seconds to release toxins and aid relaxtion!

There you have it! In conclusion this is an achievable bedtime skincare routine which is simple yet effective. It’s an innovative way of combining great products with results that people want. Whilst nobody wants to look tired it is sometimes inevitable. Therefore if I can continue to be a night owl and still look fresh in the morning then it’s a winner from me!

First of all I would like to say great blog! I had a
quick question that I’d like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to find
out how you center yourself and clear your
thoughts prior to writing. I’ve had difficulty clearing my
mind in getting my thoughts out. I truly do take pleasure in writing however
it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually lost simply just trying
to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or tips?
